Founded in 1991, a privately held Canadian company, Bay3000 works in three complementary practice areas: Training and Consulting, Advisory Services, and Consulting with Project Management. The founding of Bay3000 was driven by our belief in the importance of an integrated and focused approach to learning and competency development. Bay3000 had its start as a consulting organization with core competencies in project management, business intelligence, and program management. While we started as a consulting organization, from the very start we believed in the importance of knowledge transfer to our clients to enable them to become self-sufficient and thus incorporated learning and training services as our core competencies.
